Inside Out by Nick Mason (revised edition)

History of the seminal physechedilc rock back, Pink Floyd, as seen through their drummer's eyes. An amazing amount of pictures that I haven't seen before. This book is written in a conversational style and I almost felt that I was spending the evening with Nic as he narrated the tale as we looked through his scrap book.

Book was revised to inculde the Floyd renunion at Live 8. Unfortunately it did not include information on the death of founding member Syd Barrett who died shortly after this was re-published.

Blood Work by Michael Connelly

Excellent thriller by the award-winning Los Angeles novelest. quite a bit different form the movie starring Clint Eastwood, although both are well worth checking out.
